BELL TOWER HILL.

To the Editor. S'ik,—The state of the embankment at the top of Rattray street steps calls for immediate attention. Several complaints have been made to the authorities in reference to this matter, but no action has been taken. When two or three children lose their lives —and this is likely to occur any day—no doubt something will be done. I can safely say that if the Councillors for High Ward were to take the trouble to inspect this place, they would agree with the foregoing remarks. Trusting that this appeal through your columns will have the desired effect. —l am, &c., An Anxious Parent. Tower Hill, November 27.
