Wei,LIN-fiTON, Nov. 10.—The Phoebe has been placed upon the slip and cleaned. She will be painted to-day, and to-morrow take in cargo and passengers for Sydney, Iho lavanaki is to be laid up for ten days for a thorough overhaul, her passengers and cargo being taken on by the Rangatira.
