IN BANKRUPTCY. Monday, November 17(Before Mr Registrar Ward.) Final Examinations, James Gibson, final examination and discharge, adjourned for fourteen days (2nd December); Michael Lake, do., struck out James Fraser, do., adjourned to the 24th inst., the counts to be Hied in the meantime. In the cases against Alexander Carr, Richard Evans, and Robert Hay, the 2nd December was fixed for final examinations. Adjudications. —Michael M‘Carthy, John Tuck, George Henderick, Robert Boon Mason, Richard Atkinson, Pierce Power, and lames Anthony South were adjudged bankrupts, and I uesday the 25th inst. was fixed for the first meeting of creditors.
