At the Otago Wool Stores, Driver, stbwaet, a co. are favored with instructions from tht Proprietors to submit to public competition, at their Wool Warehouse, corner of Rattray and Castle streets, on Saturday, Bth Novemher, at 2 o’clock, the whole of the TOWNSHIP OF KEW, Comprising 85 allotments, of from 25 poles to half an acre each. This township is very prettily situated fronting the Forbury Road (leading to Forbury Park and the Ocean Beach), and adjoining the grounds of Professor M ‘Gregor and Hugh Calder, Esq. The aspect is a northern one—sheltered from west and southerly winds, and from the majority of the sections there is a most commanding view of the Harbor, the Ocean Beach, Forbury Park, Ac., whilethe locality is admittedly one of the most healthy in the neighbourhood of the City. It is within a quarter of a mile of the Cavers ham Railway Station, ten minutes’ drive of the Post Office by omnibus or cabs, which run to and fro every five minutes during the day, and ten minutes’ walk of the Ocean Beach, the proximity of which latter, with its excellent sea bathing and unrivalled drive, being not the least of the mahy and varied attractions of this beautiful township. The title is under the Land Transfer Act. and the terms of payment will be one-fourth cash, and the balance at one, two, and three years, by equal instalments, buyers having the option of retiring their bills at any time, under full rebate.
