MR KRULL IN REPLY.

To the Editor. Sir, —In reference to l)r Yates’s explanation as given in your issue of the 3rd inst., I have only to state that upon seeing Mrs Schmidt at the Hospital upon the day following her admission, she complained bitterly to me of her wounds having been neglected, insomuch that my feelings were roused in her behalf, and made me perhaps too hasty in making the matter public. As a matter of course, if Mrs Schmidt exaggerated matters to me, it is only fair that the public should know I have been deceived in the matter.— I am, &c., F. Krull. Dunedin, November 5.
