The barque Bobycito, for Newcastle, was towed to sea by the the tug Geelong this mornlnfjn account of the heavy S.W. wind blowing, the departure of the coasters Lloyd s Herald, Flying Squirrel, Hope, and Mermaid, are poatP °Messrs M‘Meehan, Blackwood, and Co.’s s.s, Alhambra arrived at 5 this morning. Captain Underwood reports leaving' Sandruige Railway Pier at 2 p.m. on the Ibtli; cleared Port Phillip Heads at 5 p.m., and the land at noon on the following day ; had light variable winds and fine weather on the passage ; made the land at 4 p.m. on the 21st, and anchored off Hokitika at 2 a.ra. on the 22nd ; left again at 10.15 a.m., and arrived at Greymouth at 12.30 p.m. ; left again at 1 p.m. for Nelson, _ and arrived at 9.30 a.m. on the 23rd; left again at 930 am. on the 24th; arrived at Wellington at 8 p.m.; left for Lyttelton at 2 p.m. on the 27th, arrived at 9 a.m. on the 28th ; left again at 6 p.m. same day, anchored off the heads at 8p m. and arrived alongside the railway pier as above.
