Saturday, October 4 (Before His Worship the Mayor and J, Black, Esq., J.P..)
Drunkenness. —Jane Anderson and Geo. Campbell were each fined ss, with the alternative of twenty-four hours’ imprisonment. Bye-law Cases. --Charles B. Cooper was fined 5s and costs, for allowing the chimney of the house occupied by him to be on fire ; George Freeman, James Keid, and George B. Young were each fined 5s and costs, for neglecting to keep a light burning on their respective vehicles during the night. The Court then adjourned.
