DUNEDIN RIFLE CLUB.
The twentieth match of this Club was fired off on Saturday by an average number of competitors. The shooting was not by any means good, considering the fineness of the weather. The conditions wore :—Five shots each at 400, 500, and -600 yards ; Hythe position at the former, and any at the two latter distances. The following are the nine highest scores, the first woven being prize-takers
At a meeting of the Committee, held in the Drill-shed last evening, it was decided to hold the twenty-first match of the Club on Saturday, the 20ch September; entries to close on the 18th ; the ranges determined upon being 300, 400, and 500 yards—five shots at each—Wimbledon targets, any position throughout.
