Abusive Language.— Samuel ey was charged, on the information of Charles Bradshaw, with making use of threatening and abusive language towards him on the 25th iust. at Hamilton Bay. After the evidence of the complainant had been taken, the defendant was bound over to keep the peace for six mouths, himself in LlO and two sureties of L 5 each.
