Steele Mr Hoskins has much pleasure in announcing to the patrons of the Queen’s Theatre that be has suceeded in arranging with the Melbourne agents of the Authors of “ The Palace of Truth,” “ Pygmalion and Galatea,” “'lhe Wicked World,” “Daisy Farm,” and “Cyril’s Success,” for their production in Dunedin. The three first named have constituted a new era iu dramatic literature, and have successfully occupied the Stage of the Haymarket Theatre, London, since November 19th, 1870. ’ We purpose producing “The Palace of Truth” on Friday Evening, August 29th, with entirely new and brilliant Scenery. Decorations, Dresses, and Appointments, at a cost of upwards of three hundred pounds. JJUNEDIN DANCING ACADEMY. Estab. 1865. Princes street, adjoining the Queen’s Theatre. Classes arranged as follows : For Juveniles, Saturday morning, from 11 till 1 o’clock; afternoon, 3 till 5. For Adults, Monday evening, 8 till 10 o’clock ; Thursday evening, 8 till 10. For Ladies, Tuesday afternoon, 3 till 5 o’clock. To each of the above an hour is given previously, for instruction, so that Ladies and Gentlemen receive all necessary attention.
