The Samson, for Oamam, left the railway pier this morning at nine o’clock, for Oamaru. The schooners Mary Ogilvie, for Oamaru, and Jane Hannah, for Kakanui, sailed last schooner Jane Anderson came down from Dunedin to take in a cargo of coal from the California, for Oamaru. The Harbor Co.’s steamer Pretty Jane arrived this morning from the Molyneux, aud ■teamed alongside the ship J. N. 1* loming, to discharge 133 bales of flax. The tug Geelong came out of the 1 loatmg Dock this morning, and coaled alongside the hulk Henbury, after which she proceeded down to tow up the ship St. Kilda. ... The Harbor Co.’s steamer Maori arrived at 9 a.m. this morning. Reports leaving at 5.30 p.m. on the 17th, arriving at Timaru at 7 a.m. on the 18th; left again at 5 p.m. Last night, and arrived as above, having experienced fine weather down the coast.
