The barque Hadda was towed to sea by the tug Geelong yesterday afternoon. The schooner Beucleuch sailed this morning for Hokitika. The Harbor Company’s steamer Samson sailed this morning after the arrival of the 7.30 train from town. A barque was signalled at the Heads at 1.30 to-day. The Geelong will bring her up after towing the ship Wild Deer to sea. The coasters, United Brothers, for Timaru, and Fanny, for Waikouaiti, from Catlin s River, put into the Port yesterday, owing to heavy seas on the Coast. The barque P.C.E., from Newcastle, was signalled off the Heads at 11 a.m. to-day. The tug Geelong proceeded down, and brought her to an anchorage at 2 p.m. The following are the list of passengers per ship Wild Deer, for London .-—Mrs Cantrell and family, Mr Oswin, Mr and Mrs Vivian and child, Mr and the Misses Gardner (2), and Mr Cowie. . The steamer Wallabi arrived this morning at 10 a.m. and steamed alongside the ship James Nicol Fleming, to discharge cargo. Captain Leys reports leaving Bluff Harbor at 4.45 p.m. yesterday; passed a barque at 6 a.m. morning, supposed to be the Duke of Edinburg, and arrived as above.
