IMPORTANT SALE OF FREEHOLD PROPERTY AT OAMARU. SATURDAY, 12th JULY. At 12 o'clock. FLEMING AND HEDLEY have received instructions " from Nicholas Sims, Esq., to sell by public auction, at the Stores, Tyne-etreet, That very desirable property known as "FINN VALLEY FARM," being Sees. 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, Block VIII., and containing by admeasurement 458 acres, 1 rood, as shown on the record map. The improvements consist of a dwelling-house (iron) of seven apartments, a six-stalled stable, and other outhouses. There are about 250 acres under cultivation, and subdivided into five paddocks, round which are good fences.
