All Ratepayers who, owing to non-paymen(i o! their Bates in due time, have been excluded from the Roll, or who, being entitled to be enrolled, may from any cause or accident have been omitted, can pay their Rates, and lodge with the City Council written claims for admission to the Roll, on or before 3rd July proximo.
