In consequence of an agreement entered into after a Meeting of the Shareholders of this Bank, held in London, on the 19th May ultimo, I have arranged to hand over, on TUESDAY, the Ist JULY PROXIMO, the whole of its business in this Colony to the NATIONAL BANK OP NEW ZEALAND (LIMITED), which Bank will in future carry ou business in the several premises hitherto made use of by the Bank of Otago for Banking purposes.
