The Bends are issuable under the autho-1 rity and provisions of the “ Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865” ; bear interest at the rate of six per centum per annum, payable half-yearly, at the option of any purchaser, in either I ondon, Melbourne, or Dunedin ; and are secured on the City rates. Written Tenders, addressed to the Minister for Public Works, and marked outside “Tender for Wharf at Port Chalmers,” will be received at this office up till 4 p.m. of Monday, the 14th July, 1873. Telegraphic tenders, similarly addressed and marked, will be received, if presented at any telegraphic office by noon of the same date, provided that written tenders, in due form, are lodged at the office of the District Engineer, at Dunedin, Christchurch, or Auckland, by the above hour of noon.
