Fleming and hedley - have received - instructions- from Nicholas Sims, Esq., to sell by public auction, at the Stores, Tyne-street, That very desirable property known as ' “FINN VALLEY FARM,” being Secs. 38, 39, 40, 41) .42, Block VIII,, and containing by admeasurement 458 acres, I rood, as shown on the record map.
