HOGBEN’S PAIENT. To Aerated Water and Cordial Manufac turers, Engineers, Brass Workers, and Others. WHEREAS by deed dated 6th October, 1871, duly registered pursuant;® the “Patents Act, 1870.” Edward Hogben granted unto us, the undersigned, a sole, exclusive, and irrevocable license to use within the Province of Otago certain inventions intituled “ An Improved Stopper for Bottles for containing Aerated or Gaseous Liquids,” and “ Improvements in Apparatus for supplying the Syrup in the manufacture of Aerated Beverages and other liquids, also applicable to other purposes,” during the residue of the term for which the said Patents are granted: And whereas we have reason to suppose that certain persons in the said Pro - vince are infringing the said Patents, wo therefore offer a REWARD OF FIFTY POUNDS to any person or persons giving qs such information as will lead to a conviction against such offenders.
