Sir,— l take the liberty, of asking any person interested, through your;columns, if they cab afford a decided answer as to whether the candidature of Mr E. B. Cargill ia boha fide or not, there being at .present considerable misapprehension on the matter.; Should it be a definite fact that he wishes to be elected one of the seven for the Provincial Council, it would be a pity that'this object should be defeated, simply through a misunderstanding by the electors.—Yours, Ac.,: - . ....
