The Court of Appeal, to-day, confirmed the judgment of the Court below in Regina v. A. Youck and Regina v. Hennessy. New Plymouth, June 6. Capt. Young sailed with thirty men for Auckland last night. Auckland, June 6, The Star of the South, under contract with the New Zealand and Fijian Governments, left for Fiji to-day, to open up the service. She is expected to return about the 22nd, There is no Waikato news to-day.
