BLACK SILKS. This Department has been brought to great perfection, and is worthy the serious consideration of all who wish to obtain durable and inexpensive Silk Dresses, as they import only Soper’s English and Bonnet’s French makes—warranted to wear. This fact explains, in some measure, the extraordinary trade they do in Black Silks. COLORED AND FANCY SILKS.
