g IB _I perceive in your issue of yesterday a* correction of a mistake which has occurred in the copying of Mr Massey’s letter to the DunedinJ Waterworks Company. 1 have only to say that the omission of the word “ compulsory” was altogether unintentional, and I am (obliged to Mr Massey for having corrected the error. —I am, &c., Thomas Tick, Secretary, Dunedin Waterworks Company.
