RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Thursday, May 22. (Before I. N. Watt, Esq., R.M.)
J. A. Pearce v. The Dunedin Waterworks Company. This was an appeal against an assessment made by the Company. A ppellant said he demurred to the valuation put on his property, situated in Castle street, which was L 55, being 1-10 above the Corporation valuation. The application was granted.
