THE MINISTERIAL CRISIS.
We believe we arc correct in stating that the following names were submitted to his Honor to-day of members, willing to form a Provincial MinistryMr Reid, Provincial Secretary and Treasurer ; "Mr J. C. Brown, Goldfields Secretary; Mr Green, Secretary for Hoads and Works; Mr Stout, Provincial Solicitor ; and Mr Lumsden without office. Wc can hardly imagine a Ministry so constituted could secure the confidence of the Council, certainly not that of the country ; and it will therefore create no surprise, if the rumor is confirmed, that his Honor has refused to accept them as advisers.
