New Bankruptcies. John Fulton, Joseph Higgins, William Darkness, and Michael Hynes were adjudged bankrupts, and first meeting of creditors fixed for the Gth May. Final Examinations.— May 5 was appointed for the final examination of James Scott; the 12th prox. for W. T. Haynes, Matthew Andrews, and Chas. Falconer’s; and that o£ Diehard G-. Stratton was postponed to the 12th, Discharges. Final discharges were granted to Richard T. Dossett, William Forrester, Jas. M ‘Donald, and John Connie Campbell. Re John Morrison.— Mr Haggitt moved fur and obtained the declaration of the complete execution of a composition deed in this estate.
Re John Deans. —The bankrupt did not appear, and the case was struck out. Mr M'Keay, his solicitor, was present.
