Drunkenness. —Win, Watson, for being drunk whilst in charge of a dray, at G p.m. on the 23rd inst , was fixed 20s, with tae option of 4S hours’ imprisonment with hard labor. . T Bye-law Cases.— John Lament and John Mehalski, driving their carts across the footway in Albion street, were discharged yith a caution. ___________
