The Court of Directors in London of the OTAGO AND SOUTHLAND INVESTMENT COMPANY, Limited, having resolved to issue the remaining 10,000 Reserved Shares of the First Issue of 50,000 Shares in the above Company, have determined, with the view of giving it a more Colonial character, to offer the same in New Zealand. The Company has only been in existence about eight years, and the Dividends paid have been at the rate of Ten per cent, per annum, besides forming a Reserve Fund which already amounts to L 5,000, in the benefits from which fund the new Shares will participate. It is proposed to issue the additional Shares at a premium of Five Shillings per Share, and a Call of One Pound per Share will only be required to be paid up : no other call is contemplated.
