Notice is further given, that the said Assessment, having on the fourth day of April, 1873, been allowed by the Council of the said City, is now deposited, and may be daily inspected at the Town Clerk’s Office, Manse street, in the said City, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m,, by any person interested therein. And notice is further given, that any appeals against the Assessment may be lodged at the City Council Chambers, Manse street (where blank forms may be had), on or before the 17th day of April, 1873. Also, that a copy of each notice of appeal is required by law to be served, not later than the 17th instant, upon any person whose name it is proposed to insert in the Assessment, or whose property it may be alleged has been omitted therefrom, or assessed below its full, fair, and annual value. A copy of each notice of appeal is also required to be delivered by the appellant to the Clerk of the Resident Magistrate’s Couit, Dunedin, on or before the 17th April instant, aforesaid. J. M.
