It is proposed to issue the additional Shares at a premium of Five Skillings per Share, and a Call of One Pound per Share will only be required to be paid up : no other call is contemplated. Applications for Shares will be received at the Offices of the Company, Temple Chambers, Princes street, Dunedin, until the 29th April, A.
