There is no earthly reason why you should not compote successfully with any wholesale house in New Zealand in the matter of value. “JACKETS AND SHAWLS.—By this mail you nail receive six cases, one of which contains the very latest styles. The mantles are very richly.trimmed this season.” “MILLINERY, as you will see, is from the leading French establishments, and ought to be all that can be desired.” « STRAW GOODS, tho’ vastly in excess of orders, must be right. . . . The Blacks, in particular, you will find are exceptionally good value. You may safely warrant q-oODS.— Bradford, London, Glasgow, &c., have been carefully gone through, where the best value and most suitable were secured wherever met with. You will find some very choice things amongst it. ’ “WINCEYS and SKIRTINGS.—Of these, Mr Ewing seems to have made some very large and satisfactory purchases in Aberdeen, Perth, &c. ; but upon these and other Goods purchased in his tour, he will no doubt make his own report.” “PAPER MODELS.—These life-size Models represent the very newest designs in Dresses, Mantles, Jackets, Tunics, &c., Ac., made specially for you.” “FANCY GOODS.—Everything new, pretty, and seasonable has been sent in Clouds, Scarfs, Gloves, Collarettes, Real Crochet, New Laces, Belts, Falls, Fair Nets and Rolls, Ac., Ac. Clouds are as much worn as ever.
