For wheat there is a good enquiry at 4s 6d. The quantity coining in is scarcely sufficient to satisfy the millers, who, however, are not over eager to buy largely at the price quoted. The priceowing to an idea that wheat will be easier—is unsettled. Sales are made at Ll2 for best brands ; Ll2 10s in bags. Oats are still scarce, the market is quite bare, and to meet immediate wants many of the dealers have been compelled to buy at extreme prices. The value may be quoted at 2s id for milling, and 2s 3d for feeding. Sales have, however, been made this week at 2s 5d and 2s fid. Oatmeal is firmer; there is no alteration in the price, which continues at Ll2 to Ll2 10s. There is no barley offering; malting samples are worth from fis to 6s fid. Pearl barley, L2fi.
