Mr Joseph Rhodes has sold his station to Mr F. D. Rich and another Dunedin gentleman for L 30,000.

The National Bank opens on Tuesday next. The shares will shortly by a'loted. Eight hundred and seventy-six individuals in the Colony have applied for 41,740 shares.
Christchurch, March 21. Dr Barker, a very old settler, is dead.
