Tins Day. (Before A. C. Strode, Esq., R.M.) CIVIL OASES. Summers v. league.—Claim, L 8 14s, for rent of house. Mr Harris appeared for plaintiff. Judgment by default for the amount claimed, with costs. Same v. Teston.—Claim, L/, rent of cottage. The defendant was represented by Mr Stout, and pleaded having taken the benefit of the Insolvency Act. Plaintiff, therefore, was nonsuited. Same v. Dodds.—Claim, L 7 4s, rent of cottage. Defendant pleaded that there was was an error in the bill of particulars. Judgment for L 6 14s Bd, together with costs.
Gnnford v, Murphy,—Claim, 3s, for a pig’s head and four trotters. Judgment by default for plaintiff, with costs.
