The first mentioned, containing 1000,000 acres, was purchased by Messrs Kinross and Co. at a premium of WOO. and a yearly rental of I/'24 <s 8d ; No. 835, 0,000 acres, at a premium of L2O, ami a yearly rental of Ld Jos Oil, by Captain Fraser; and mu No. 444, 5,500 acres, at a premium of LI 10, anda yearly rental of LIG JZsJd, by Mr Thomas Bell.
