The amount of revenue received at the Cus-tom-house on goods cleared for consumption this day, was L 720 7s 10d, Mr James Milner sold by auction, at the Land Office to-day, the following runs ;-No. 328, known as Gow’s run, and situate on the Waikara River, containing 35,800 acres, about 3,000 of which are agricultural land and 3,000 bush, was purchased by Mrs Gow’s trustees at a premium of L 2,550, in addition to a rental of L 146 15s ; run No 350, at Nokomai, containing 15,000 acres, was sold at a premium of L 35, in addition to L71 13s rental, Mr W, S. Trotter being the purchaser ; and run 432, at the head of the Nevis River, containing 9,500 acres, foi L4lO premium, in addition to Ll9 2s rental, the purchaser being Mr D. A, Cameron.
