IN pursuance of the powers given by the seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth, twentieth, and twenty-first sections of “'ihe Public Trust Office Act, 1872,” any person, company, association, or public body, within or without the Colony of New Zealand, may place any property belonging to them in < charge of the Public Trustee, upon trust, for such uses as may be defined iu the deed creating the trust. Also, that any Building, Land, or Friendly Society may by its rules provide that property belonging to it may be p'aced in the Public Trust ffice, for such trusts and uses, and with such powers as may be defined in or by the said rules. Also, that any person may, by will, place his property in the Public Trust i ffice or may deposit tis will therein for safe custody only. Applications to place property in the Public Tiust ( tlice will now be received. Mich applications must be made on a form prepared for that purpose, which can be obtained at the Public Trust Office in Wellington, or at any Money. Order Post office wi bin the Colony.
