B. Warnes v, R. Sparrow. —LSO. Mr Holmes for the plaintiff. This was an action brought by the plaintiff, who re ides in Napier, to recover damages for alleged breach oj agreement in not providing him with a competent boiler maker. The evidence of defendant, H. S. Sparrow, and of John Parry was taken for transmission to Napier, and was substantially identical with that taken in the case Sparrow v. Warnes, which has al eady been published at length. 'lhe evidence for the plaintfff will be taken in Napier.
