The favorite steamer Samson returned from her Oamaru trip at 2 o’clock this morning. She left there at 6 p.m. the night previous, and experienced fine weather, with a heavy S.E. swell. Onarrival she went alongside the E. P. Bouverie, and discharged 161 bales of wool. The barque Harriet Armitage, from Sydney, was towed to Dunedin this morning by the Geelong, to discharge her cargo. The steamer Storm Bird came down from Dunedin this morning, and proceeded to the Bluff at mid-day.
