Drunkenness —Lina O’Callaghau, a wellknown character, for the above offence, was fined 60s or 14 days’ imprisonment, with hard labor. B' e law Oases -Charles Goodall, neglecting to' provide sufficient lights on his licensed cab, was fined 5s and costs ; Win. Fidler, allowing two cows, his property, to wander in Stuart street, 5s and costs ; .John Porter, furiously driving his express Tfaygon along Princes street, dismissed on payment of costs.
