Notice is hereby given, that the General Annual Meeting of the Dunedin Waterworks Company will be holden in the Friendly Societies’ Hall, Princes street, on Friday, the 7th day of February, 1873, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose ot receiving and consid- ring a Report from the Directors on the affairs of the Company ; electing Directors and Auditors in the room of those ret ring ; declaring a Dividend ; considering a resolution to sell the Waterworks of the Company to the Corporation of the City of Dunedin, under the 4th Clause of the “ Dunedin Gas and Waterworks Loan Act, 1872”; and generally transacting any business of the Company which may be brought before the meeting.
