This Day. (Before bis Worsh p the Mayor.) FIGHTING. William Hamilton and Thomas Gallagher, charged with committing a breach of the peace by fighting at the Immigration Depot, Princes street, last evening, were each fined 20s, in default of payment to be imprisoned for three days. MAINTENANCE. Britton v Kay, a charge of disobeying an order for the payment of twelve weeks’ board at the Industrial School for his son, was dismissed, the money having been paid. SLY-GROG SELLING.
