Letters and other communications intended for insertion in the news columns should bo addressed to the E ito -. Rejected communications cannot be returned under any circumstances whatever. No notice can be taken of anonymous communications. Every letter must be accompanied by the name and address of the writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith. To avoid inconvenience and delay to persons interested, we liave to request that all business communications, including advertisements, orders for the paper, and remittances, be addressed’ to the Manager, and not to the Ed tor.
