It has also lex Cl s attached to both sides of the machine, so as to regulate the height required to be cut. The object of this improvement is to obviate the necessity of substituting one pinion for another in order to obtain a change o speed. The great inconvenience and loss or time that arises from this is perfec'ly well known to all practical farmers. Having succeeded in tlrs long-desired object, I have secured my patent rights all over the world. These Reapers have been largely sold in Otago for ton years ; the yearly increasing demand for them, and the hundreds of testimonials received from all quarters, is the best proo of their superiority.
