THE VOLUNTEERS.
The shooting for choice of company representatives for the Dunedin Naval Company wa* concluded yesterday morning, at the Anderson's Bay ranges. The Compauy is entitled to send to the geueral competition for Colonial representatives, to be held next month, five competitors. The conditions for the choice of these representatives were—s shots at distances of 200, 500, and 60J yards, 300, 500, and GO • yards, and 400, 500, and (00 ya--ds ; Wimbledon targets ; Hythe position'at 200 and .300 yards; any position at other ranges; the i\ve highest aggregate scorers in the three competitions to be the Company's representatives. The following are the names, together with their scores :
