THE GOVERNOR'S RECEPTION.

To the Editor.

Sir, —Among the arrangements made by the Reception Committee was one for the Sunday School children to sing the National Anthem on the arrival «f the Governor and his Lady at Fern Hill House ; and, Sir, I d© hope that the parents will do all they can to assist the Committee in carrying out these arrangements, and not permit the opinions of a few to mar a sight that has never before been witnessed in this City, nor deprive us of the pleasure of hearing from infant lips, our glorious National Anthem—the singing of which, in the old country, has thrilled the hearts of thousands. - I am, &e., W. H. Neale, Superintendent of Wesleyan Sunday Schools.
