Messrs M'Landreas, Hepburn, and Co. offered for sale by auction to-day the land in High street on which the Club hotel stands, together with the hotel, but the bidding did not reach the reserve price. The booths at the forthcoming Oddfellows’ fete were also offered, but were not disposed of. Section 4, block 41, reclaimed land, witli frontages to Bond and Crawford streets, Was sold for L‘2so.
