ELM ROW.
To the Editor.
Sir,—l see, if the the Council arc forming a dray-track in Elm Row, they are stopping up a road of greater public utility, namely, the road at the bade of Bishop Moran’s, leading from Rattray street to film Row. The embankment opposite that toad is two feet three inches, if I am correctly informed, while the greatest depth in the embankment, according to plan, should bo only one foot two inches. The road would be rather steep at the embankment at its proper depth, without any extra depth.—l am, &c , Thomas Black.
