Letters and other communications intended for insertion in the news columns should he addressed to THE Euitok. Rejected communications cannot he returned under any circumstances whatever. No rjiodce can he taken of anonymous communications. Every letter must he accompanied by the name a.ml address of the writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith. To avoid inconvenience and delay to persons interested, we have to request that all business communications, including advertisements. orders for the paper, and remittances, he addressed to IHE MAKAGtB, and not to IHJE EDIIOB.
