This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS. The complainant said that defendant threw water over her and pushed her out of a house, Defendant admitted throwing the water, but said it was an accident, tohe was lined os and costa. EYE-LAW CASES. John Hill M‘Gregor, for keeping an unregistered dog, was lined iu the sum of 40s ; Win Clark, allowing his cows to wander ou the Main South Road, was mulcted in costs, it being his lirst offence ; Wm. Allen, carting away offensive matter after the break of day, was lined 2s lid and costs.
