Letters and other communications intended for insertion in the news columns should be addressed to the E itoh. Rejected communications cannot be returned under any circumstances whatever. No notice can be taken of anonymous communications. Every letter must be accompanied by tlie name and address of the writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith.
