Letters and other communications intended for insertion in the news columns should be addressed to the E itoh. Rejected communications cannot be returned under any circumstances whatever. No notice can be taken of anonymous communications. Every letter must be accompanied by tlie name and address of the writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith. To avoid inconvenience and delay to persons interested, no have to request that all business communications, including advertisements, orders for the paper, and remittances, he addressed to Mr J. IT.
